Immigration Assistance
Covered services include assistance with:
Asylum
- Applications before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS)
- Interview preparation
- Representation, including complex cases
Removal Proceedings
Representation may include detention-related matters before Immigration Court.
Green Card Applications and Petitions
Services include assistance with:
- Family-based applications and petitions
- Humanitarian parole
- Schedule A employment-based petitions for U.S. Department of Labor pre-certified shortage occupations, including registered nurses and physical therapists
Power of Attorney and Guardianship
Legal assistance is also available for power of attorney and guardianship matters.
General legal consultation is also available.
